THE FORMER 'Beer Garden' IS NOW 'The Berry Patch'.
Children will be allowed to sit in The Berry Patch with their parents and enjoy juice, water or soft drinks.

5 to 7 p.m. Exhibit hall opens to receive entries.
5:30 to 6:30 pm. Register for chili cookoff at the Berry Patch
6 p.m. Hot and cold food booths open
The Berry Patch opens (Refreshments for all Ages)
6:30 p.m. Ball games start
7:00 to 8 p.m. Chili cookoff tasting & judging (by the public) at the Berry Patch
7 to 10 p.m. Exhiblt hall judging takes place.
7 to 10 p.m. Live music by Backroads Stringband at the Berry Patch
Saturday July 23rd. 2011
7 to 9 a.m. Free Pancake Breakfast at the hall, sponsored by CPS
9 a.m. Parade assembly and judging at the school parking lot
10 a.m. Parade starts
10:30 a.m. Exhibit hall opens to the public
Hot and cold food booths open
11 a.m. The Berry Patch opens (Refreshments for all Ages)
12 - 5 p.m Cowboy Challenge competition
12 noon Clown in front of Berry Patch
2 p.m Games booth opens
2 to 3 p.m. Sumo wrestling in front of the Berry Patch
3 to 4 p.m. Little kid games and races (4 to 10 yr)
3 to 4:30 p.m. Exhibits must be picked up from the exhibit hall.
5 to 7 p.m. Beef supper at the fairgrounds at the Berry Patch
7 p.m. Calf scramble/mutton busting/wild cow milking/
dress a calf/greased pig/etc. at the Equine Area
9:00 p.m. to 1 a.m. DJ music by "Work of Art" at the Berry Patch on the fairgrounds

Sunday July 24th. 2011
8:00 a.m. Breakfast at the hot food booth
9:00 a.m. Register for Gymkhana at the Equine Area
10:00 a.m. Gymkhana starts at the Equine Area
10:00 a.m. Church at Eaglesham Community Church

10:30 to 11:30 am Register for mud bogs at the Mud Bog pit
11:00 a.m. The Berry Patch opens - then moves to the Mud Bogs at 12 noon
12 noon to 5 p.m. Marketplace at the Exhibit Hall
12:00 noon Mud Bogs start
2 p.m. Sumo wrestling at the Mud Bogs
7 p.m. Food service ends

FAIR GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Contestants shall be responsible for any injury occasioned to him or her while
attending any venue at the fair. The Eaglesham and District Agricultual Society
will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury to person, equipment and/or
animals during the fair.
2. Bikes are to be used in designated areas only. No quads allowed.
3. Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only, not in the fire exit and entrance area.
4. Alcohol consumed in designated areas only.
REMEMBER - ALCOHOL MUST BE CONSUMED IN DESIGNATED AREAS ONLY.
Persons caught on the fairgrounds with alcohol purchased outside or those caught outside of the restricted area will be asked to leave. We are not trying to ruin your fun. Disobeying these restrictions puts us at risk of shut down because of insurance rules.

FIRE BANS: IF FIRE BANS EXIST AT THE TIME OF THE FAIR, NO OPEN FLAMES ARE
ALLOWED (cooking will be allowed on legal camp stoves). If there is no fire ban, campers may use our fire pits.
